R&D Diagnostic
For teams that suspect they have a research problem — and want to know before committing a budget.
A short fixed-price study. We separate the research core from the engineering shell: what is genuinely uncertain, which hypotheses would resolve it, what data exists, and whether the expected value justifies a full project. If the honest answer is “this is implementation, not research” — that is the deliverable, and it will save you money.
Problem description, access to a domain expert, sample data.
A written assessment with a go / no-go recommendation and, if go, a draft research plan.

From research question to validated prototype, with defined outputs at every stage. Pricing per project: fixed, per-milestone, or time & materials. Intellectual property terms are set out plainly in the contract: you receive a perpetual, fully paid-up licence to everything we deliver; exclusivity and IP buyout are available options.

Research Evidence Pack
For audits, investors, grant bodies, or tax authorities in your jurisdiction.
The complete documented trail of a research project: problem statement, hypothesis journal, experiment logs, model versions, researcher time allocation, cost breakdown, interim and final reports, and a description of the new knowledge created. Assembled to professional documentation standards; your legal and tax advisers do the qualifying.
