Who we are
This website, ivasiklab.com, is operated by Ivasik RnD Lab LLC (“we”). For anything concerning your personal data, write to hello@ivasiklab.com.
What we collect
- Contact form. Your name, company (optional), email address and the message you write. We use them only to reply to you and to discuss the problem you describe. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical data such as your IP address and browser characteristics to distinguish people from bots.
- Technical data. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. To deliver and protect the site, Cloudflare processes request data (IP address, browser type, requested pages) according to its own privacy policy.
- Analytics. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies and does not track you across sites; it gives us aggregated page views and performance figures.
- Your preferences. Your theme (dark or light) and language choice are stored in your browser’s local storage. They never leave your device and are not used to identify you.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies of its own. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a cookie that is strictly necessary to complete the bot check.
How we use and share data
Messages from the contact form are delivered to our mailbox by Resend, an email delivery service, and stored in that mailbox. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers named here (Cloudflare, Resend), who process it on our behalf, and where the law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep your message for as long as we need it to handle your request and, afterwards, for a reasonable period as a business record. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive a copy of it, and to lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, write to hello@ivasiklab.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
